FCT, Saint-Petersburg

The throughput of First Container Terminal (FCT) in January-September, 2007 came to 697,707 TEU that is 8.4% more than in the first nine months of 2006. In September the volume of 80,357 TEU (46,633 boxes) was handled.

The reefer container turnover at FCT amounted to 7,640 TEU, that is by 17% less as compared to September 2006. The volume 40,954 TEU was handled in export, and 39,403 TEU were received in import.

62 vessels were operated at the terminal in September, the turnover per vessel averaged at 1,296 TEU.

NUTEP, Novorossiysk

The throughput of NUTEP in January-September, 2007 came to 101,902 TEU that is 50% more than in the first nine months 2006.

The volume of 9,408 TEU (6,347 boxes) was handled in September, the increase of 7% as compared to September 2006.

The volume of 4,800 TEU was handled in export, and 4,608 TEU were received in import. The ratio of loaded and empty containers is 59% by 41%.

6 vessels were operated at the terminal in September, the turnover per vessel averaged at 1,568 TEU.

Ukrtranscontainer, Illychivsk

The throughput of the container terminal in the port of Illychivsk in January-September 2007 amounted 309,878 TEU that is 38.16% more than in the nine months 2006.

The volume of 38,555 TEU (21,302 boxes) was handled in September, the increase of 60.45% as compared to September 2006. The volume of 19,264 TEU was handled in export, and 19,291 TEU were received in import.
