Stroyopttorg warehouse complex

"Stroyopttorg  complex is located in Khabarovsk city area, near Vladivostok - Khabarovsk freeway. Due to its favourable location the complex is the nearest logistic terminal to Zhaoke - Pokrovka border transition point.

In future when "Bol'shoy Ussuriyskiy ostrov" border transition point becomes operational, "Stroyopttorg" can be the main terminal, providing service of custom clearance and truck-to-rail reloading for goods, coming from China by trucks.

Complex's location in city suburbs makes good prerequisites for large size trucks traffic, which is difficult in next-to-downtown complexes such as "Khabarovsk-2" rail station.

Total area of "Stroyopttorg" is 9,8 ha (extension is possible). The Complex's infrastructure includes a railway track linked to "Krasnaya rechka" rail station. The area is adjacent to Amur river, which creates possibilities for river-to-rail multimodal connections.

A multipurpose logistic terminal is planned to be developed based on "Stroyopttorg" facilities. It will be a distribution center for Khabarovsk city and region as well as multimodal transportation connection terminal.
