Ekaterina Grishkovets was appointed FESCO’s Vice-president, External Relations in December 2018.
Before joining FESCO team Mrs. Grishkovets held a position of Communication Officer at Summa Group. From 2012 to 2016, she headed Press Office of State Corporation "Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)". From 2001 to 2012, Mrs. Grishkovets worked as a correspondent and an editor at Kommersant business newspaper.
Ekaterina Grishkovets graduated from MGIMO University with a degree in international journalism and from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in banking.

Leonid Zvyagintsev has served Vice-president, Finance since March 2020.
Leonid started working in the Group in 2007 as a lead specialist, later he became a deputy general director for economics and finance of the Commercial Port of Vladivostok and a director of the corporate financing department of FESCO.
Leonid graduated from Far Eastern Federal University with a degree in banking and finance and from Admiral Nevelskoy Maritime State University with a degree in organization of transportation and transport management. Also obtained MBA degree from the University of Warwick.

German Maslov has served as FESCO Vice-president for Liner and Logistics Division since September 2020.
Mr. Maslov has been working in FESCO Group for more than 20 years; he has worked his way up from being an assistant captain on the company’s ships and a head of department to a head of logistics clusters in FESCO representative companies in Australia and Hong-Kong. From 2015 to 2018 he was serving as the Chief Operating Officer of FIT, then he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of “FESCO Integrated Transport” LLC.
Mr. Maslov graduated from Admiral Nevelskoy Maritime State University with a degree in Engineering and Ship navigation, he also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Higher School of Economics National Research University.

Yury Plotnikov has served as Vice President for Security since June 2019, as Director of FESCO PLC since May 2019.
Prior to joining FESCO, Mr. Plotnikov held various leading positions in Security Departments of Ruselectronics JSC and Rosneft Oil Company PJSC. He also served in Criminal Investigation Division of Russian Federal Security Service.
Mr. Plotnikov graduated from the Russian Academy of Federal Security Service with a degree in Law, and The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) with a degree in State and Municipal Management.

He has been in charge of legal support of the Group’s activities since 2016. Prior to working in FESCO, I. Rodionov was a partner in the law firm “Reznik, Gagarin and Partners” and a head of legal division in an investment bank.
Mr. Rodionov graduated from Kutafin Moscow State Law University with a degree in law; he also obtained a degree in mining engineering and a research degree in enterprise economy from the Russian State Geological Prospecting University.

He started working for FESCO in 2017 and served as Director of the rail division.
From 2016 to 2017 served as Director General at Trans-Grain LLC, and from 2013 to 2016 held a position of Deputy Director at Yeysk port elevator JSC.
Mr. Usakhov graduated from Dagestan State Pedagogical University with a degree in Philology.

He has considerable working experience in the transport and logistics industry. He held executive positions at Vostochnaya Stevedoring Company LLC, TransContainer PJSC; he was Deputy Director for Operations at CPV PJSC from 2011 to 2015.
Roman Kukharuk graduated from the Admiral Nevelskoy Maritime State University with a degree in Ship engineering.

Vyacheslav Plotskiy has been serving as an advisor to the President of FESCO since September 2020.
Prior to assuming this position, he managed development and integration projects in subsidiaries of Inter RAO PJSC, GAZPROM PJSC, PJSC Irkutskenergo. He also has extensive experience in financial recovery and restructuring of impaired assets. Graduated from Baikal State University with a degree in Jurisprudence.

Dmitry Surovets has been Vice President, IT starting from August 2018.
Prior to joining FESCO, Mr. Surovets held leading positions in General Electric, headed international projects in British American Tabacco, started his career in Coca-Cola.
Mr. Surovets graduated from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics from faculty of Information Systems in Economics.

He has been working in FESCO Group since 2018. He has sixteen years of experience in organizing the transportation of perishable goods. He also held executive positions at Termocon Group.
Andrey Grechkin graduated from the Russian University of Transport with a degree in Organization of transportation and transport management.

Andrey Klopotovky has served as Director General of FESCO Service Center (FSC) from September 2018.
Mr. Klopotovky has been working in FESCO Group since 2008, before becoming Director General of FESCO Service Center, he went from being an accountant to a head of Economics and Planning Department.
Mr. Klopotovky graduated from Moscow State University with a degree in Financial Management.

Gleb Titov has served as Chief Executive Officer of “Firma Transgarant” LLC since August 2017.
Mr. Titov has been working in FESCO Transportation Group since 2007, up to August 2017 he held various leading positions in business development and commercial work.
Mr. Titov holds a degree in Economics and Transport Management from Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University, a degree in Project Management from Hochschule Stralsund – the University of Applied Sciences (Germany), a degree in Law from Moscow State University, MBA degree from the University of Antwerp, and a Ph.D.

Igor Sharkov has served as Director of FESCO branch office in Vladivostok since June 2019.
Mr. Sharkov has been working in FESCO for almost 40 years, he has worked his way up from being a mechanical engineer on the company’s ships to a major engineer-director of engineering department of the branch office.
He graduated from Admiral Nevelskoy Maritime State University with a degree in Engineering and Ship Mechanics.

Leonid obtained a degree in Maritime transport management from Maritime State University named after admiral G.I. Nevelskoy and his MBA degree from Sungkyunkwan University.
