Following decision of Khamovnichesky District Court of the city of Moscow and in response to numerous appeals from mass media, customers and partners FESCO Transportation Group (“FESCO”, the “Group”) deems it necessary to inform of the following.

FAR-EASTERN SHIPPING COMPANY PLC. (the parent company of FESCO) being not a defendant in this lawsuit, however, being a third party, intends to appeal decision of Khamovnichesky District Court of the city of Moscow.

At the same time the Group shall not comment on issues related to shareholders and equity share capital. Currently lawyers of FESCO are studying consequences of decision taken by the court for international activities of the Group.
