FESCO Autopass online system launch

FESCO Autopass is intended for clients who collect containers from the terminal either independently or by a third-party carrier. Data for registration in the online system is provided to customers after receiving the first assignment from FESCO Integrated Transport in Novosibirsk. Starting from September, a pass for containers' delivery and collection can be obtained only through FESCO Autopass.

Permanent Access Benefits

FESCO Autopass system offers two access levels: permanent access (login / password entry) and temporary access (task code entry). Clients with permanent online system access can:

Create tasks independently in the system
View information on their containers without waiting for the task code from FIT Novosibirsk
Delegate the issue requests for motor transport passes to their carriers (the client's road carrier will get information on all containers to be collected without waiting for the task code)

Clients shall enter into an agreement with a representative of the Novosibirsk terminal to get permanent access.

Truck driver's procedures

1. Arrival stamp

Upon arrival of the vehicle to the terminal, the shall check in at the terminal's entry through the mobile application, or at the security post.

2. PIN activation

A driver entering the terminal territory shall provide the PIN code to a security guard or present a QR code for scanning in the mobile application.

3. Invitation on the electronic scoreboard

When the vehicle's number appears on the electronic scoreboard, the driver may enter the terminal territory.

4. Issue of documents

A material entry pass will be issued to the driver. It should be retained until the end of the visit.

5. Cargo operations

Container's loading / unloading at the terminal.

6. Departure from terminal

At the end of cargo operations, a departure mark is put at the security post. The material pass issued earlier should be handed over to the security guard.

FESCO Autopass Mobile App

Always keep on hand information about the upcoming visit to the terminal: date, time and container number.

Plan your arrival at the terminal in advance to meet the scheduled time.

Get a permit to enter the terminal in the form of a QR code, which can simply be shown at the security post.

Promptly receive information about possible changes in visit to the terminal.
