With reference to information appearing in a number of mass media FESCO Transportation Group (“FESCO”, the “Group”) considers it necessary to state that the Group carries out cargo transportations in full compliance with international laws.
In case facts of use of containers of the Group by third-party organizations in violation of the agreements are revealed, contracts with such organizations shall be terminated. All facts of unauthorized use of property of FESCO shall be studied in detail.
